Grew up in Toronto, Canada. Planned to be a doctor like my dad. Problem was… I hated math and science.
Graduated. Took a year off to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. Parents weren’t thrilled .
Secretly dreamed of being a dancer. On a whim, auditioned for The American Musical & Dramatic Academy. Got in. Dad really wasn’t thrilled, but mom said go to NYC or you’ll always wonder WHAT IF…
Hit the Big Apple to pursue my dream.
Danced in commercials and music videos…
…modeled for Nike…
…and was part of a short lived rap group called FLEXX.
Quickly realized dancing was not a good long term career choice. Shifted my focus to acting and headed west to realize the Hollywood Dream. Landed a series regular role on a FOX TV show then realized I wanted a creative outlet for my own stories.
Went back to school. Studied filmmaking. Now I work as a director with the occasional acting gig thrown in. And my dad became my biggest fan. 🙂

Anyone else struggling with the 5 mile, we're in a pandemic, bubble? It really started to hit me this week.
My daily walks have been a lifesaver. They also inspired an event I'm doing with my friend Laura.
We are inviting you to come on a walk...
...alone - but also with others - on the afternoon of the February full moon (this Saturday)
It's a calm, communal way to see your neighborhood in a new light and to deepen your relationship with your intuition.
We call it A Magical Walk. It helps you better notice the signs the Universe is using to communicate with you.

I'm developing a TV show called Luv Saves The Day.
One of the main characters is a feisty, elderly woman named Dot.
I've always found it frustrating how quotes by men far outnumber those by women.
DUDE QUOTES REIMAGINED
So as a way to develop Dot's voice and add a few more quotes by women to the mix, I've been rewriting quotes by men in Dot's voice.
She likes to get to the point.
